Job Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials.
  • Support the onboarding process for new sales team members.
  • Communication:Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations). Foster effective communication among team members and ensure that everyone is updated on key developments.
  • Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to schedule deliveries. Monitor delivery schedules and address any issues that arise. Ensure that all delivery documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Packaging Materials Management:Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of packaging materials. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor quality and compliance of packaging materials.
  • Sales Reporting:Compile and analyze sales data from various regions. Prepare and format weekly/monthly sales reports for management review. Maintain accurate records of sales performance and forecasts.
  • Order Management:Assist in processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Track order status and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery. Communicate with customers regarding order updates and inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma & Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous 1 or 2 years experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
