Job Responsibilities
- Sales Growth & Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with food service clients (restaurants, hotels, caterers, cafés). Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Account Management: Negotiate pricing and trade agreements with customers. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively. Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Order & Payment Management: Ensure timely order processing, deliveries, and stock availability. Follow up on payments to minimize outstanding balances. Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive sales. Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Food Science or related field.
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in food service sales, key account management, or business development (experience in F&B or FMCG industry is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of food service industry trends, customer needs, and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings and market visits.
