Job Responsibilities: –
- To develop strong and collaborative partnerships with assigned customers with the goal of growing the business.
- Accountable for customers’ sales (both volume and turnover), trade spend, and P&L.
- To negotiate agreements with customers in line with the company’s policies and customers’ objectives and monitor roll-out and investment compliance.
- To fulfil customers’ demand in accordance with the promotional calendar and achieve internal forecast accuracy.
- To set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
- To assist the Export Manager in developing new markets and maintaining existing clients.
- To execute marketing strategies and activities for sales growth, expansion of market shares as well as new business development.
- To meet customer satisfaction by providing efficient customer service, including technical sales functions, handling and follow-up on enquiries or complaints, preparation of quotations, payment monitoring, etc..
- To coordinate with the operations team to ensure orders and shipment ready on time in order to fulfil customers’ requirements.
- To coordinate exhibition-related issues (coordinate with the organizer and supplier to manage the booth setup, pack samples, and recipe testing).
- To perform any other duties with efficiency and in a timely manner as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:-
- Diploma, Degree, or professional qualification in Business/ Food Science / Food Technology or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry or in Export sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Willing to travel abroad for trade visits & international trade shows if required.
