HR & Admin Executive – Based in Perak

Key responsibilities:-

  • Handles factory payroll, new employee orientation program, training programs, employee counselling
  • Handles GMP Program, public relations, permit/licenses/insurance
  • Handles security matters
  • Assist in implementing, maintaining and updating the food safety management system and environmental management system as per required
  • Liaise with suppliers when necessary.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
  • To liaise with relevant Government office.
  • To liaise with relevant authority on Employment Act/Industrial Accident/Insurance Claims.
  • Office administration
  • Additional jobs will be assigned by the superior or management as and when necessary

Qualifications & Skills:-

  • Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing environment in the HR department
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Computer literate
