Key responsibilities:-
- Handles factory payroll, new employee orientation program, training programs, employee counselling
- Handles GMP Program, public relations, permit/licenses/insurance
- Handles security matters
- Assist in implementing, maintaining and updating the food safety management system and environmental management system as per required
- Liaise with suppliers when necessary.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
- To liaise with relevant Government office.
- To liaise with relevant authority on Employment Act/Industrial Accident/Insurance Claims.
- Office administration
- Additional jobs will be assigned by the superior or management as and when necessary
Qualifications & Skills:-
- Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing environment in the HR department
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Computer literate
