Job Responsibilities: –
- Handle all aspects of marketing management of the assigned brand portfolio
- Strategize, plan, and execute brand initiatives/activities to enhance brand positioning and ensure the company’s objectives are met
- Initiate market research to develop strong consumer insights, analyze market trends and competitors’ activities, including their new product launches, development, and market penetration.
- Collaborate with external agencies to develop product briefs and integrated marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand growth.
- Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to meet brand growth goals.
- Create innovative digital and social media marketing plans to support brand execution and new product launches.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product management, sales, and creativity, to align branding and advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
- Assess the effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Manage the brand A&P budget and profitability effectively.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:-
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in FMCG, preferably from the food & beverage Industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently across various platforms and departments with minimal supervision, and also a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
