Job Responsibilities :-
- Operations Management: Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching finished goods.
- Inventory Control: Ensure high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical audits, and proper documentation. Manage raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods stock levels.
- Safety & Compliance: Establish and enforce safety regulations (OSHA), ensure equipment (forklifts, conveyors) is maintained, and maintain a clean, organized, and secure facility.
- Staff Management: Schedule, train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff, including overseeing shift management and monitoring productivity.
- Logistics & Shipping: Coordinate inbound logistics (raw materials) and outbound logistics (finished goods) with carriers and customers.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, implement workflow improvements, and leverage technology (e.g., RFID/barcode systems) to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements :-
- Experience: 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in an FMCG environment.
- Leadership: Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and MS Office.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is often preferred, but equivalent experience is acceptable.
- Certifications: Forklift operation certification or safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) are highly desirable.
