Cook 1/2 cup of sago pearl with some water in a pot and add in some green color.
Put the sago pearl aside and let it cool.
In another pot, add 10g jelly powder, water, green color, and stir constantly until the mixture thickens. Then, let it cool in a chiller for 1-2hours and cut it into smaller pieces.
Prepare a bowl and mix S&P Pandan Coconut Milk, whipping cream, and condensed milk together.
Get two dessert cups and pour in the mixture together with sago pearl, Nata De Coco, jelly, and some ice.
For decoration, you can add some coconut meat on top.
