Parpu Telur

Duration: 10 – 20 minutes

Ingredients A:

  • 1 pack of S&P Santan Reduced Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup of dhal beans
  • 6 eggs (boiled)
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • tablespoon of turmeric powder
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 tomato

Ingredients B (blend):

  • 1 large onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 inch ginger

Ingredients C:

  • large onion (sliced)
  • 6 cloves of garlic (sliced)
  • 5 stalks of curry leaves
  • 10 dried chilies
  • Steam the yam over high heat for 20 minutes.
  • In a separate pot, boil 200ml of water together and add 3 tablespoons of brown sugar.
  • Then, add the gingko beans and cook for up to 20 minutes, and toss it aside.
  • Add 1 pack of S&P Santan Original Coconut Milk in a pot and cook over low heat.
  • Next, add a pinch of salt and cook until slightly foamy and turn off the heat.
  • After that, put 200g of brown sugar, S&P Santan Original Coconut Milk and the steamed yam into a bowl and mash with a fork.
  • Heat a frying pan with a little bit of cooking oil, dd the mashed ingredients and cook over low heat until smooth.
  • After that, spoon the yams into a small bowl and pour the gingko bean stew water.
  • Ready to be served!
