Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of production, logistics, warehouse, inventory and maintenance activities in factory.
  • Responsible for optimum utilization of manpower, machineries and materials.
  • Implement and review staff efficiency and factory performance in accordance with KPI target/ budget.
  • Plan, organize, implement and monitor factory’s policies to ensure smooth flow of work and communication.
  • To ensure strict compliance of production procedures and safety requirements.
  • Establish service standards to meet customers’ requirements and continuous improvements.


Job Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology and related degree.
  • Preferably with more than 10 years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Possess strong leadership and capability to plan, organize, implement, lead and supervise day to day production activities.
  • Experience in implementing of ISO/HACCP & GMP is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Independent and willing to work at Bagan Datoh, Perak.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management, credit control, fixed assets management, banking, taxation, and corporate matters of the Group.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of Financial Statements of the Group with adherence to applicable MFRS/IFRS and any other statutory requirements.
  • Assist in overseeing, troubleshooting, and managing our ERP system, Epicor with support from our IT Department and external consultant.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Result oriented and with the ability to drive multiple projects to completion.
  • Provide guidance to subordinates and develop staff training plans.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Qualification in Finance or Accountancy with 2 years of audit experience.
  • Strong in accounting knowledge, proficient in financial reporting and have ability to manage Group consolidation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Experience in EPICOR is an added advantage.
  • Supervisory experience, team player with a positive attitude, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fast learner, adaptable, and able to multi-task and solve problems to meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product costing, collecting & analysing data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material, labour and overhead as part of cost controlling & monitoring measures.
  • Maintain cost accounting system and procedures.
  • Create new stock code in ERP system.
  • Analyse changes in BOM due to changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost. 
  • Prepare monthly minimum selling price.
  • Identify & resolve costing related issues in Epicor in consultation with the stakeholders.
  • Review job completion, reconcile closing stock, prepare journals & inventory adjustment during EOM closing.
  • Analyse actual manufacturing costs and prepare periodic variance reports on standard and actual production costs.
  • Provide management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
  • Manage and perform factory stock take &/or cycle count, reconcile stock discrepancies, prepare stock take report and follow up on the inventory adjustments.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting &/or CIMA, Member of MIA.
  • At least 3 to 5 (years) of working experience in cost controlling in manufacturing environment.
  • Positive working attitude, detailed, responsible and committed.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and provide guidance to all internal non finance stakeholders.
  • Good analytical and problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in ERP and MS Office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Tetra Pak processing line and aseptic filling machine.
  • Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
  • Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
  • Monitor product standards and implement a quality control program.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety requirements in production areas.
  • Coordinates with maintenance, QA, IT, and others departments for the development of manufacturing methods processes.
  • Troubleshoots any production problems; assures that machinery, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained for efficient production; reports any process or equipment problems to the maintenance department and superior.
  • Develop, motivate and guide team members to upgrade their skills and competencies.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Must have more than 5 years of experience in running a Tetra Pak processing line and aseptic filling machine.
  • Possess leadership qualities, self-motivated, committed, and mature disposition.
  • Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and OSHA requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

  • Handling customers’ inquiries & complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or professional qualification in Food Science / Food Technology / Chemistry or a related discipline.
  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in the FMCG industry and direct B2B sales experience.
  • Matured personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Experience in providing technical sales functions.
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS Office applications.
  • Proficiency in English & Chinese is added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling imports and export shipment arrangement and documentation e.g., packing list, proforma invoice, customs forms, health certificate, and certificate of origin.
  • Coordination with forwarder agents for shipment booking and preparation of shipping documents.
  • To key in Shipment Planning Entry for export shipping documents by using the Epicor system.
  • To arrange container stuffing and liaise with factories for export customers’ orders.
  • To liaise with customers on export customers’ orders.
  • To apply and arrange endorsement for export shipping documents at MICCI, MITI, Wisma Putra & Embassy.
  • To arrange customs clearance for import and export.
  • To arrange shipment clearance for machinery and raw materials.
  • To collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Finance to optimize shipping & logistic processes.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma, Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Experience in handling shipping and logistic documentation or coordination will be added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and a team player.
