1 pack of S&P Santan Reduced Fat Coconut Milk
1 cup of dhal beans
6 eggs (boiled)
1 tablespoon of curry powder
tablespoon of turmeric powder
Ingredients B (blend):
1 large onion
6 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
large onion (sliced)
6 cloves of garlic (sliced)
5 stalks of curry leaves
10 dried chilies
Steam the yam over high heat for 20 minutes.
In a separate pot, boil 200ml of water together and add 3 tablespoons of brown sugar.
Then, add the gingko beans and cook for up to 20 minutes, and toss it aside.
Add 1 pack of S&P Santan Original Coconut Milk in a pot and cook over low heat.
Next, add a pinch of salt and cook until slightly foamy and turn off the heat.
After that, put 200g of brown sugar, S&P Santan Original Coconut Milk and the steamed yam into a bowl and mash with a fork.
Heat a frying pan with a little bit of cooking oil, dd the mashed ingredients and cook over low heat until smooth.
After that, spoon the yams into a small bowl and pour the gingko bean stew water.
Ready to be served!
